William Dartmouth MEP challenged the creation of a European Prosecutors Office, at the Strasbourg European Parliament (Tuesday 28th April). Continuing on from the subject of wasted tax payers money, William made the point that the establishment of a prosecutors office was also a further loss of national sovereignty; a clause in the Lisbon Treaty forcing through the decision, despite the objection of fourteen national parliaments.
